The second day in the Twelve Days of Christmas in Maine is Two Woolen Mittens. Definitely better as a pair, our colorful mittens do serious work keeping our hands warm so we can stitch once we get inside! A fun wintry ornament on its own, or as part of the whole series.
A stitch guide and kit (threads) are available for this ornament. The kit includes DMC 6-ply floss, Radiance metallic, and Colonial Persian wool threads. If you would like to add stretcher bars, needles, or beeswax (recommended for metallic threads), please just reach out and I will email you a personalized invoice.
