Votes For Women

I've put a lot of thought into needlepoint as a "granny craft," and that has led to this series of canvases. Needlepoint is for everyone, and this series celebrates just how badass our grandmothers are.Needlepoint is for everyone, and this series celebrates just how badass our "stitching grandmothers" are. The Votes for Women ornament is inspired by the buttons historically worn in the fight for women's suffrage. It is hand-painted on 18 mesh and measures about 4" in diameter.
A portion of the proceeds from this ornament will be donated to the Maine League of Women Voters.
 
Price is for the canvas alone. May be kitted with 3-ply Colonial Persian wool or Pepper Pot silk - choose the appropriate variable below if you would like threads!
